I am really angry with all businesses who side with the customer when they are assholes and dont stand up for their employees who are trying to do the best job they can. I am asking ALL of America to say no to ASSHOLES, they dont bring in that much money and really their game is to get a discount, wouldnt it be better just to tell them, sorry we dont need your business anymore, please go elsewhere, this whole the customer is always right has got to stop. they are Bullys taking advantage of this situation and that is all they are, they are few and far between and they RULE with their promise of terror. Bullys looking for a discount, who needs them. If you produce a quality product, the people will come and buy your goods. I worked for a big box store for 7.5 years and was constantly terrorized and abused by customers, and if I did not serve them with a smile, I was in trouble how about human rights for people in retail RIGHT NOW, the assholes make up a small minority yet they terrorize the corporate model, structure, what ever they call it the amount of people who do complain, do it because they know they can get away with it, I think that every one would be more helpful and prosperous if they treated human beings with dignity and respect. The employees wont be afraid, the customers wont have to bully to get a discount, why reward the actions of assholes, reward the NICE customers, give them a break.
