I am really starting to feel the isolation of living in an area where you cant trust anyone at all. I put my heart out there when I extend friendship and having it broken because I have a disease that they refuse to truly understand well that kills me and makes me want to crawl into a hole and die. I miss my real friends and family. I miss my real home. You know the few people I have met that are actually decent people well others would see them as scum. Well I think scummy people are those who make others feel less than human and most of the time that is people who have more material things than you so they think they have earned the right to cast judgement upon you as if they know what you have truly been through or how you got to where you are.
