I am seeking long term employment with a reputable company. I am a registered Heavy Equipment Technician Apprentice, I am still a first year but have 4500 hours in my bluebook. I have also apprenticed as a millwright in the past. I have a class 1 license. My experience has been in the oil & gas, mining, construction and oil sands industries. I have ran a maintenance truck (1 ton knuckle boom) looking after plant and well site maintenance. My mechanical experience is split between rental equipment (compressors, generators, heaters, manlifts, bobcats etc etc) and heavy construction equipment (dozers, hoes, graders, packers, forklifts, underground mining equipment etc). I have ran a mechanics truck and have done lots of field work and have also been a serviceman looking after all the preventative maintenance on equipment. I also have experience running skidsteers, snow plows, front end loaders, vac trucks, gravel trucks, water trucks, forklifts and more. I also have experience in lead/forman/supervisor roles and did quite well while in those positions. I have much more experience and information listed on my resume along with tickets and a drivers abstract which I can send upon request. I also am open to camp, hotel and out of town work. I can pass a D & A test with no issues. I am also open to new opportunities like running equipment or anything else that may interest me.
