I am seriously BITING my lip as i follow the comments on the dog that was beat and/or shot. Was the dog really beat and/or shot while tied up? Or did the dog escape from being chained up and come home that way as told to the police? The fact is that the dog is suffering because of someone. There are obvious issues between the families. Prior blasting on Facebook someone did something there needs to be proof. There are a few stories. This is how people get shot. Especially in this area. Bottom line, i will say my prayers that the dog recovers and gets a good home.
