I am sharing this post by the great HiTopps Osbaldo Farrelli not only because he is my friend and band mate (i dont usually use the band mate term) but because i back his post and stand by his side. 100% ! I have sent the person in question a few private facebook messages and thought just maybe he was going to come through on his deal but he has not.I dont need anybody telling me ,you should have had a Contract ! It doesnt always work that way!!!! Here is the post by HiTopps: Ok.....it has been months now....you didnt pay my band our guarantee.....this caused me financial pain......it didnt cause YOU any hardship.....we traveled a long distance at a decent amount of expense......WE were nice enough to strike a deal with you that was fair and reasonable.....months later YOU have dicked us around and havent delivered ANYTHING you promised. Funny, we play all over the USA and have never had to deal with this with anyone else....You call yourself a promoter? People like you cause the industry to suffer rather than thrive. People like you cause otherwise good people to become assholes. People like you eventually get chewed up and spit out by the artists they screw over and decieve. You owe me. You know who you are. Settle this in 72 hours (plenty of time to send the package you promised) or I will expose you and let everyone know exactly who you are. Do the right thing. Dont be a worm. Dont make me have to pay you a face to face visit. Trust me......I will. ; )
