*I am so disgusted with Frigidaire and I will NEVER EVER Buy another Frigidaire Freezer or any other Frigidaire product. I have been back and forth with Frigidaire about this NEW freezer that has poured water on my wood floors(thank goodness they were wood and not carpet or who knows when it would have been discovered).It goes off and has to be moved to go back on, this discovered by the first tech they sent out. Which took several days to get any rectification. Again a month later water was on my floor, and another tech visit and he said the pan is not cracked there is nothing more they can do. I called Frigidaire and they said it is because the tech said (they didnt say if it was THEIR phone tech or the Atomic Tech they sent out) I have a humid environment. I am a Canvas Artist that works on large canvases and my environment can NOT be humid. My canvases would warp, paint wouldnt cure, etc. Just getting off the phone I am told by Atomic Tech that their TECH saw some condensation on my windows and that is why the DRIP PAN OVERFLOWS! SPARE ME! Now I am told ANOTHER tech needs to come out for a Second (really THIRD) opinion. I am disgusted with the whole procedure.
