I am so excited about this challenge! I have tried SO many different plans, even plans within Beachbody and although my body felt stronger, was getting leaner, I just wasnt seeing the results I wanted. It really is true when they say... You can not out train a bad diet. Nutrition has been my biggest battle and struggle. Choosing the right foods, the right amounts and not caving into the unhealthy carbs, sugary foods & excessive diet sodas was a constant issue for me. I became stuck and would even give up for awhile and rapidly start to regain weight. Then...came the 21 Day Fix. It TRULY is the answer to my prayers!! It focuses on nutrition and is teaching me how to REALLY feed my body properly and Shakeology is curbing my desire for the unhealthy carbs and sugars. I ABSOLUTELY notice a positive change when I drink it daily. I LOVE it! Having my Challenge groups has been another key to my progress. I love the people in them, I love to see them succeed, their sweaty workout pics make me smile and thinking that maybe, just maybe Im doing something really good to keep them on their journey to better health & fitness. So what else is moving me forward? - I am working out regularly - I am eating good, whole, REAL foods as much as I can. No processed foods - I am reading/or listening to at least 15 minutes of personal development a day - I am being inspired by my challengers in the group So Yes, of course these things are helping me to look better on the outside – that is what exercise and eating good does! BUT – more importantly, I feel AMAZING on the inside! I am figuring out WHO I am, and WHAT I want in life! These 4 things were having a ripple effect in my life – causing me to be SOOO much more happier in all areas of my life and when I get a message from someone who says...Carolynn, youve inspired me, Im ready to do this. There is NOTHING that is more rewarding for the hard work then that!! And, this is what we want isn’t it? We don’t just want to “be skinny”. We want to FEEL STRONG, HAVE ENERGY, BE HAPPIER, AND FEEL CONFIDENT! These changes are just as much MENTAL as they are PHYSICAL! This is why I have put my heart and soul into creating a NEW 21 Day Challenge group that focuses on creating the BEST version of you through nutrition, fitness, and personal development! You have to believe something different is possible! It is POSSIBLE to be that person you want to be! It is not just something you have to THINK about. I am going to help you become the BEST version of you -- that version you always dream about! We are going to make it real! **I am looking for 5 ladies to go on this 3 week journey with me starting July 7th*** I only have room for 5 because my other awesome coaches on my team are bringing 5 of their own challengers to the group as well. It is going to be so much fun with all of us working together to keep each other inspired and motivated!
