I am so excited to share the news of my latest professional adventure. Later this month, I join the stellar team at Critchlow Adkins Childrens Centers as their new Executive Director. It is an understatement to say I am thrilled and humbled to join an organization known for its amazing teachers and staff! As the song says however, every new beginning comes from some other beginnings end and so it is somewhat bittersweet to say goodbye to the wonderful friends and colleagues I have met during my tenure with the office of our state Comptroller, the Honorable Peter Franchot. It has been the experience of a lifetime that I wont ever forget. Ever since I started doing youth photography and volunteering as a Character Counts coach, I have realized that working with and for the kids in our community is something I enjoy more than anything - so finding this opportunity - which blends my professional skills with my passion for working with children - is a dream come true. Wish me luck!
