I am so full of gratitude today for what God has done for me. But I must remember that I am not owed anything. I have a daily reprieve based on my spiritual condition. I need Gods guidance to direct me on what is the next right thing to do. I was so overwhelmed with emotion last night as I recieved my medallion. It hit me as I began to read on how blessed I really am. Service in the fellowship I belong to is what made me who I am today. These people are "real" friends and when they say they "care and love you", they truly mean it. They saved my ass on many Friday nights when it would have been so much easier to do the wrong thing. I had not only made a commitment to myself.....I made a commitment to them. This is why I strongly believe in the "we" part of this fellowship. I am so grateful that I have choices today.
