I am so proud of Leilani! We went to Petco tonight to get more training treats from the bulk bins, and she is doing 100x better than before. Her leash manners are improving. Her impulse control has skyrocketed (I can hold a door open and she stays in a sit until I release her, most of the time. Far better than her trying to rush the doorway!). And she is learning how to settle!! Its amazing to watch this once starved angel, trust me enough to back away from a delectable treat in my hand and sit patiently for it. Its almost as if a switch was thrown in her head. Once she realized how much fun training is, she is offering behaviors left and right.
