I am so sick inside. We had a very rough evening last night. Been up all night.... like I had said before, these last two infections really took its toll. Josephs lungs are so severe with his chronic lung disorder or (BPD) I am only posting this to let friends and family know (who I dont see all the time) Joseph really took a turn backwards. It has not hit me yet because Im so used to bad scares since last year really...my whole pregnancy too. October of last year I miscarriaged and had a d&c then a month later pregnant for Joseph. I was so happy. Nobody ever will truly know just how hard this has been. 100% fio2 and baseline sats of 69-83....diaper changes and basic care he drops in the 40s and 50s..... we have to bag him back to his baseline....he has no reserve anymore. He is so sedated. He can only lay on his belly...not his back or sides. this has been going on.... Josephs quality of life is not looking to good if he would ever leave the hospital setting. I dont know what else to say....thank you for your ongoing prayers and support. It has not hit me yet. Please continue to pray for my family..... I cant believe this.... taking it one day at a time...hour by hour........
