I am sorry folks i cannot be apart of this forum any longer. Zen is the practice of quieting the mind. Since i have started my path of self realization it has opened up more possibilities about existence, it has caused me to be interested in the deeper things. Zazen meditation has givin me the mind to think for my self and to come up with my own possibilities. Wether its sacred geometry, christianity, etc....even some christians practice zen. Atheists practice Zen. Zen is universal. People are so critical to the point that they miss the whole picture, just like my last post about the metatron. I hope this group grows more in a more positive way than what i have experienced since i have been apart of it. Good bye people.
