I am starting a 30 day smoothie challenge. Does anyone want to join me? It consists of 25-40 bananas per day (ripe, spotty) usually in smoothie form but, can also be eaten whole. Water~ aim for 2-3 liters per day. After about a week, I will be adding in leafy greens like spinach into my smoothies. The reason I am doing this is to give my body a chance to relax (digestively speaking) and to allow for it to dump accumulated toxins and fats. Video here: Like, share and subscribe! Thanks!
