I am sure that most of us are familiar with the saying, "It is not what you do or say but how you make others feel" The questions will be what is your personal interpretation to this statement and how are you doing it? As human being, we are all brought up and learn by observing our surrounding, such as, how people around us response or react to different situation. Words was learned by observing what was said to get something or in dealing with a situation. Actions was learned when minimum words was spoken. Subsequently, we also learn about the emotions that involves either through experiential learning or further observation, besides having another more knowledgeable person to share their learning with us. As time goes by, we start to generate our emotions towards various situations due to the difference in environment. Thus, we need to make sure that people can feel us not just expect them to understand us. So, coming back to the statement... How will you make others feel you? What will you do to achieve buy-in or understanding from people around you? How did you handle challenging situation yet not offend anyone or lost your loved ones? Life is fills with challenges, as they are what have helped us to learn so much about this world and people around us.
