I am thankful that my best friend, Sandy Monaghan, was not seriously injured yesterday, during a personal accident in her barn. It could have been much worse. Sandy tripped over her dog lead and hit the cement floor, face first. Other than mangled glasses, some facial contusions and a very sore wrist, she escaped unscathed. There was concern by the ER staff (which resulted in a CAT Scan) because she is permanently taking a blood thinner. but all is well. Thank you, Lord.
