I am trying once again to use the Skyward system to email a letter to WHS Stakeholders. It should be out in a few minutes....provided the rest of the district is not trying to send something out too. I wanted to post one of the paragraphs in there regarding schedules for next week. Below is an excerpt from that letter: We have had a major event happen at our school involving counselors and we apologize that our schedules for students will not be totally ready next week. We had originally indicated that Monday, August 12th would be the day the schedules would go live. We are going to do that on Tuesday instead to give them one more day to prepare. Please know that these schedules are not final and basically just practice in implementing the master schedule. Please do not panic if you are missing a class or a period. We will fix all this through the week and the counselors know this is going to happen. We will be closed on Thursday for the most part as we participate in Andie Studley’s memorial service. Please do not call or email the counselors regarding these issues. They will not be able to respond. They are working diligently to make this happen. Please just understand what you will see online will be a draft. Students will be given their schedule the first day of school, and then changes can be made until we get it right. Thank you for your understanding of this situation.
