When you send any email to Tariq-2014@Hotmail, youll get a bounced back email from the server mailbox unavailable, however when I create an email account in outlook web site by Tariq-2014@Hotmail I get a message saying Tariq-2014@Hotmail is already a Microsoft Account I need to contact anyone in Outlook via email to clear-up anything related to Tariq-2014@Hotmail since it doesnt exist so I can create this email and use it instead of my miss-spelled email Tariqq-2014@Hotmail Thanks
