I am up.praying this morning for several young mothers in a support group I oversee called family matters. I wish I had more trained coaches. Our organization is a blessing to these young mothers. Yesterday one had a severe breakdown. She has so much going on. I had to work yesterday so I could not address the issue hands on. She needed someone. Working with them before depression or clinical depression sets in...is paramount! I do not recommended medication as the first line of defense. Prayer, coaching, holistic therapies, meditation on Gods word with music . ...Please pray that not only will people donate to Adell Found but that we get more coaches. WE NEED MENTORS AS WELL :-)
