I am very dissatisfied with Pick Your Plum. Ive ordered through them before and it has been great. I ordered small blankets (short story my daughters lost their soft baby blankets that they have had since birth and I was trying to replace it with something similar). Pick Your Plum had personalized blankets called Wrap It Up. I ordered one Purple (Lyras favorite color) and one Pink and Green (Caras favorite colors). It says on their website it should take at least 4 weeks to receive personalized items, however it took 8 weeks to receive mine. I was not notified and was unsure if I would even receive them by Christmas, so I emailed. They emailed me back and assured me they would arrive before Christmas and I was going to love them. I have contacted them twice since I received the blankets to no response. Below is what I received the Monday before Christmas. They even have it marked on the invoice that Lyras was the wrong color (it was actually Caras that was the wrong color). I believe their mistake should be rectified, however since they will not contact me back and their website states I have to pay for shipping to get it back to them, to only be refunded my money, I will keep the blankets. I am doing this post as a warning, be careful what you order and I urge you not to order personalized items from them. I dont want my money returned. I would prefer the blanket I ordered for Cara be shipped at no charge, but I know that will not happen. What will happen is I will not order from them again (anything at all), and I will urge my friends to be wary. Feel free to share my post. I know their mistake did not hurt anyone, but a company should know that if they are going to knowingly send out wrong merchandise, that we as customers have the power of social media to share their mistakes, especially when they will not rectify them.
