I am very happy that Liberians are finally deciding to wake up in a non-violent way to their leaders. We are not supposed to be quiet while they continue to take us for granted and abuse our resources for their personal gains. What will we benefit when oil blocks 6,7,16 and 17 are sold cheap to foreigners? The House of Representatives is getting 4 million bucks, while the Senate gets 2 million bucks, plus an extra 600,000 bucks for the leadership of both Houses as kickbacks to ratify the sale of our four oil blocks. Now, what do we get as the people who voted for them? By the way, 600,000 bucks has been set aside to bribe the media to support the sale. I have made it very clear to them that I will not be part of the looting of our resources in exchange for peanuts, so I am calling on all of us who are truly concerned about the way our country is being run, to assemble on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 beginning at 11 am, on the grounds of The Capitol Building to petition our Lawmakers not to ratify the sale of these oil blocks
