I appeal to the Ministry of National Planning,Implementation and Rural Development to go through a major screening process of Kagua-Erave Acquittals with fastidious of project undergoing or complete in our electorate before releasing the funds for 2014. Our electorates are same since the colonies days. Whos been drinking all the fresh water that comes from the National Parliament? while the majority of the people back in the electorate are still drinking the WATER WELL that been dug some decade ago by the colony master. Since our two term MP James Lagea has been in the office,no services or productive infrastructures have taken place in the electorate.(rundown schools,health centers,roads deteriorated etc.. I hope Mr Lagea will not finagle you all elite public-servants from the office of Rural Development and National Planning and walk away with funds belong to the rural people of Kagua-Erave. Over to you all offices from the National Planning and Rural Development for considerations .
