I appeal to the international community, IGAD, monitoring verification team to look into the rampant attack launch by the rebel loyal to Dr. Riek Machar on 18th september 2014, in Upper Nile State at Renk North of Upper Nile and Dolep South of Upper Nile, this is a clear vioolation of hostilities, ceasefire and recent transitional government signed by the government, head of other states unanimously to bring peace in the country but rebel refuse to signed that deal and option waging frequently attack on innocent people then I don,t see the reason why the government is still waste it own time negotiate with rebel who are not interest in peace but for war, I think is just matter of time to bring rebel alive or dead if they wish. And in fact this shown weakness of so call IGAD who running after the rebel than to sancte them for the violation of hostilities, ceasefire, and transitional government a signed by the party. Apparently, the IGAD should stop trade on people and help them from barbaric and malicious routine attack by the rebel. Last but not least I surprise to the movement without vision, objective and mission, why they wouldn,t waite to establish their movement before going to take the army. If the government would have stop negotiate with rebel and help the innocent people who are being brutally, attack carried out by the rebel, we strongly condemn recent attack by the rebel in government forces and caues the life and lives of innocent people.
