I appreciate bikes on road, but they are supposed to follow the laws. There was about 20-30 cyclists driving 3 abreast slowing traffic and giving finger to people and seemed to be getting mad at cars trying to pass them..... speed limit was 50, they were going about 40kmh... THEY KEPT MOVING FURTHER LEFT ON THE 2 LANE ROAD, thus outside rider driving in center of lane.... Here is the law as per MTO, cycling and the law -HTA 147 - Slow moving traffic travel on right side any vehicle moving slower than the normal traffic speed should drive in the right-hand lane, or as close as practicable to the right edge of the road except when preparing to turn left or when passing another vehicle.
