I arrived safely Jos from kano, a journey that started 7.45 am and ended at about 12.00 noon. My brother Ali drove the car. I had to work for sometime in my office and finally attended the friday prayer. New market afforded me the opportunity to buy some Tsaraba/gift before I finally get home at 5.00 pm. This is my second visit to BUK in 10 days. My Kano experience was good. Among other things, I had a fruitful discussion with Dr Yarube of the College of Medicine to undertake a joint project that should advance diagnostics and intervention in respiratory medicine. We planned to build on an earlier work I did and possible co-opt more members to a team we would form in a research and development (R & D) direction. I took along with me some of my personal research equipment for testing in Kano. Looking forward to good things to come from the collaborative and multi-displinary effort.
