I as a president of NIMA Bhiwani city Branch want to bring your kind attention to some of the injustice done to us as NIMA member by NIMA Haryana President Ram Murti Markandey. 1. NIMA Bhiwani city was established as a result of repeated resistance, quarrels, and ugliness of the NIMA Bhiwani meetings. 2. The aim of its creations was to isolate the positive people for smooth functioning of NIMA Activities in Bhiwani as all other efforts were defeated on district or state level. 3. Formal requests were made and fees were deposited, secretary NIMA Haryana had sent an approval to start conducting the procedure. 4. Our branch successfully conducted more than 20 CMEs and program mes whose reports were published in our national NIMA journal time to time. 5. We took time form Health minister for a program to present some of our demands and invited dignitaries from all round the state including NIMA president, Board chairman, Member CCIM Parliament secretary health. 6. Instead of supporting us in this effort Dr. Makandey used every cheap tactics to ruin this program by giving press statements, distributing pamphlets, sending emails etc even some successfully prevented many of the dignitaries to attend the function. 7. Somehow we successfully conducted the program but he continued his negative aggression by giving show cause notice and demanding explanations about the program 8. In Panipat executive meeting Dr. Bohra explained and briefed the facts to NIMA State executives and a decision of election in unified bhiwani branch was taken and even returning officers were announced formally starting the the process of election. 9. Predicting our clear and unilateral win in the election Dr. Markandey scrapped election without consulting anyone and without giving explanation about his action. 10. It was not only a gross misuse of his authority but a serious blow to the democratic process beside being a serious insult to state executive body whose decisions were vetoed beyond capacity with vested interests by Dr. Markandey. 11. He made a complaint to NIMA CC and was called to Delhi along with facts, we were also called for explanation. 12. He accompanied more than 10 graduates to pursue his atrocities against only two of us from NIMA Bhiwani branch and created an ugly scene there which can be confirmed by NIMA CC executives any time. 13. NIMA CC clearly expressed their support to NIMA Bhiwani city branch by announcing that any 10 authentic ISM graduates can form a NIMA branch. 14. Name of branch has no specific rules. 15. No state branch after two years of last elections can be called a legal branch hence authenticity of NIMA Haryana state branch was even doubtful. 16. NIMA CC has clearly approved our branch by issuing a letter and still Dr. Markandey is misguiding our members that we can not participate in the state elections as they do not approve us. How can these excercises done by him as state president be called an attempt to strenghthen association? 2. Does he deserve to be president or in a position to take unexplained decisions after disapproval of NIMA state branch by NIMA CC? 3. Why does he put all his efforts in matters related to NIMA Bhiwani Branch and not interested in NIMA state Branch? 4. His own city had two branches in the same name NIMA Ambala Cantt. And NIMA Ambala city, then why is do much inclined in closing our branch? 5. What extra effort has he made during his tenure for the welfare of ISM graduates except the one which was already initiated by Director AYUSH, Chairman, Registrar, board members and some volunteers of ISM ? 6. Why is he not able to conduct a single genral body meeting since six years of his election as NIMA President? 7. Why is he continuing at his position despite his exposed ill wills and failure to conduct any of the proceedings of this association?
