I asked a young man what he remembered about my presentation from a few years ago, this is what he replied with: "Honestly, from what I understood, at my current state of mind back in the seventh grade, was when you said that wanting to follow your dreams was a start, and that we as a future generation, would have to invest our time, and commitment to WANTING, and making our dreams a reality as you did when you stopped everything, and decided that traveling the world is what you wanted to do. Well thats what I am starting to do. I have applied to attend a technical college highschool, where I will be able to get a head start in the career of culinary art. If I get accepted, I will be able to earn college credits during my junior year in August. It may be small but, a great way to open future doors." This young man got the heart of what I was talking about! So cool! A great birthday gift for me! Niters everyone!
