I become fatter after I was 18 years old. I have took chance at all way, from grueling exercises to rigorous diet to lose fat. But there is no thing seems to work. I would like to eat the food I like, I want to take part in activities I would like and play outside as I would like, but I can not, all these let me much annoyed. Last week I saw my friend Angel accidentally. Looking at the picture below, she looks different completely now. She tells me she only attend a item and the consequence was very visible! I am so astonished at her change and also get the impetus to be slim itinerary.
