I believe in giving praise when its due so, here it is. In May of 2913 I purchased a 70 Sharp TV. A few weeks back I noticed little white spots forming in the corner of the green and moving up. I contacted Best Buy who immediately washed their hands of it since I hadnt bought their expensive and over priced extended warranty. I then reached out to this page. I was sure they would give me the same worn out line about it being just over a year old and blah blah blah. Well boy was I wrong. Yesterday they delivered a brand new still in the box 70 Sharp TV to replace the bad one. Sharp has my business from now on. Customer service and standing behind your product mean something to me. THANK YOU SHARP.
