I believe that the 12 year child was acting in fear and was trying to reach the (fake) gun toy and give it to the officers when they arrived and shoot him in just 2 seconds after the car stopped. 1) His parents should never let him play with such a toy in public. 2) His parents should never let him take off the orange toy sign from the gun. 3) The police central should reported to the officers that the gun may be was fake. 4) That guy should not call the police before give it a second thought. 5) The officer with only one year in force should carry a gun with plastic bullets. 6) The officer with the more than 10 years on force should not be the driver of the car. 7) The officers shots should target on air or ground as the person did not have the gun on them or act offensive. 7 mistakes that were critical for a childs life. When you shoot a gun to someone without a gun on you, first shot is on air, second shot is on legs, there should be no third shot as it is not needed. If this guy is a kid then you should react as a father first
