I believe there is a difference between Traveling and Holidaying. Going to fancy resorts, Fine dining, Pool side chilling and Shopping is NOT traveling for me. I call it a Holiday or Vacationing. Traveling to me is defined as Cultural experience. Learning the language, Meeting local people, Engaging local activities, Eating local meals and even understanding the Economy good or bad. It is getting a glimpse of another nation to see how life is like living in a different continent other than yours. I am stating this so it reminds me how i define traveling for the next time i book a flight. Whether i want it to be a cultural adventure or just luxuriously chilling spoiling myself being pampered. I can distinguish the two so i can have a fair balance in my life putting more perspective in living!
