I believe we need to give the iranian agreement a chance, It is not a final treaty it is a six months intermediary agreement. To this agreement US , EU countries ,Russian and China has agreed to , so all the UN veto powers have agreed to it . So the Iranian have lost the ability to play one UN veto power against an other one . I dont see the Iranian starting a war against all the UN veto power nations unless they are looking for self destruction . Mostly now the political pressure and fights will be moved inside Iran between hardliners and more moderate factions , The moderate factions having obtained a lift in economic sanctions and a agreement to avoid Iran to be in war , will have a strong popular backing against the hardliners in Iran. So the political consequences of such agreement , might very well be an internal political evolution inside of Iran , which ultimately is the real goal , so agreements need to be play on that scope. Iranian regime change , the issue is not that Iranian have nuclear weapon per se , but that the Islamist dont have it , which is the similar issue in Pakistan . We have all interest to develop better relations with Shias to fight Sunnis Islamists and put under pressure Saudi Arabia and the gulf countries which are the ultimate financier of the Sunni Islamist . Plus to that strategy there is a global western / eastern agreement including all the UN veto power nations, To reign it and contains Sunni Islamist it has to be a worldwide concerted integrated intelligent effort . Plus this deal is lowering oil price and that is good for the world economy.
