I believe what Kinder Morgan and companies like it are doing is an intergenerational crime but there are no legal precedents to pursue criminal charges on that basis. David Suzuki calls its Intergenerational Crime ,we call it Intergenerational genocide. we know better, its in our blood, this love and teachings is in our spirit, for time immemorial, and the reason we have treaties are proof we been down this sort of destructive process and war before, but now its so fast pace, all human race is being put at risk...just think about it.. why is the Pope calling out not to give gifts this christmas, not even to your children, and if a paradise on earth, Cape Breton Island is now calling off the moose hunting season and banning salmon fishery, these are alarming messages, very scarey, if that dont spook you out, your in the dark and delusional. Intergenerational genocide, it will kill future generations, think about it, is that the legacy we want to leave behind? Not I, Not our ancestors, remember our ancestors lived and fought, not for war, because they fought hard for the natural life, all of creation, for all nations, for all our relations, they were not selfish or wanting, but fair and extremely loving, yes, they were even fighting for their enemies even if they were too dumb, drunk and greedy. No one gets left behind when it comes to Treaty, Treaty is not just an indian thing, Treaties represent the protection of spirit of all natural life, for all of creation.
