I believe with all my heart, Father, we are in the midst of another great awakening - which is also why there are so many attacks coming against us. Your prayer people have been on their knees, and You have been faithful to listen. The power that is coming on this earth is coming as a result of this prayer assault. This is resulting in an emerging generation filled with compassion – truly representing You as You are. I believe You are orchestrating a fresh, new wind of Your Spirit to fall on your people – and as that becomes a reality, joy is increasing and fears are receding. With You, nothing is impossible. Only our own limited understanding of who You are, can cause us to falter. You offer us the gift of wisdom and knowledge – and You routinely move in Your people, challenging them to step into all that they can be. Everywhere I look I see a people who long for you – who desire friendship with You as their goal. I keep seeing raging “rivers of living water” everywhere. These waters (movements) are often called compassion outreaches. They operate on the front lines - where Satan and his troops have attempted to take hold. – and they are being defeated. As we come together, relying on the power of our God, and His ability to heal and save, darkness is losing its grip. I am so grateful for that Jesus – and I want to see more. I ask for your mercy right now. I ask You to move against selfishness, ego, self involved focus and complacent lives. Help us instead to be full of compassion, hope and joy so we can minister in Your name in the darkest of places – including our own hearts. Do away with whatever is standing in our way so we can move out among the peoples in fullness of joy and the assurance of Your victory – because You are a great and holy God. To You be all the honor and the glory!
