I called because my air conditioning and heating system stopped working. Within 1/2 hour, I received a call back and the technician walked me through possible solutions I could check on my own. He believed the unit had frozen up. I did as directed and the system was back up and running within hours, saving me an expensive weekend service call. He was very professional and Roussos will have my business in the future. As a former business owner in a service industry, I truly appreciate that this kind of professionalism is what sets a company apart.
