I came into work with all this nonsense! Every time I come to work its something. I jus came to the conclusion that the department heads dont care so why should we! The aides bust theres Butts every day and we get the short end of the stick! But as soon as we do something that not in there standards! They want to fire us! Im to the point I dont care! Ive been here to long and this is the worst I ever seen! What needs to done is to clean house start from the top get some ppl in here that really do care about the residents and the workers. Like I say all the time the aides is what make the place run. When u know that ur aides r short come in and help quit calling ppl to come in get yall hands dirty once in while! Everybody saying they used to be aides well put it to use! Ive been at this place for 7 years and this is the worst I ever seen it!
