I can not tell you how happy I am to announce that Robin and Blondie where adopted today. There is literally a team of people that made this happen. From Diana, who intercepted the owner dumping one of them at the shelter because he was moving. She bought the dogs time for them to enter rescue. To Wendy for finding an amazing adopter who waited for these girls and cared for them from the beginning. To Christine and Ronda who offered to foster the girls so they could come into rescue before we knew how bonded they where (the owner recommended they be separated). You guys rock, you waited to make sure they where safe in a foster and kept checking in on them before you thought of helping the next dog. To our MRR supporters and those who help fundraise who helped us pay for the unexpected medical bills. To the volunteer transporters who helped get the girls here. To Krissie and Tommy who ended up fostering them unexpectedly, and getting them through a very difficult time. These girls where so afraid when they lost the only family they ever knew. I had some sleepless nights when things did not go as planned, but it was so worth it. Robin and Blondie have a forever family now. Thank you everyone.
