I cannot say enough about this Contarian Approach to the Highland Games. I read the book and watched the video and we started to do the drills we have outlined in the Pinned Post given to us My Mike Pockoski and Mindy Pockoski and in 5 months of training and even after two nose surgeries and umbilical hernia surgery in December and with the great help of this awesome Accountability Group, my fellow Rattlesnake Highlanders Practice Group, Coach Kitrick Sonesen and even at the age of 53 this year, I am off to the best season I have ever had.
