I cant and its not my task to talk about everything what happens in this world. Actually I focus on Palestine, because I know the situation and I know how to talk about. Of course it is very sad that even in Afghanistan or other countries little kids are getting killed, but it is inhuman to compare one dead with another one. A Palestinian child is like an Afghan, Pakistani or other one. No one is more worth at Allah and it shouldnt make a difference in our mind. Especially little innocent children... It makes me sad when I see a kid suffering, but it makes me mad, sad and crazy when people asking rhetorical questions like: Are those children less worth than others? Even if we never talk about, in the Day of Judgement is someone who will surely talk about and punish the murderer.
