I cant begin to express my deepest gratitude to all who have said kind words and shared your love over losing our oldest child yaegar yesterday. I just want whoever shot him to know how special he was. To you he may have just been some stray dog, but to me he was the last gift I had from my daddy who died 14 years ago. He picked yaya out for me. This guy has been with me through a divorce, being a single parent, burying my family and bringing my new babies into this world. He laid beside me through the darkest nights of my life while I cried. He laid next to my kids when they were sick and he never met a person who didnt love him. Even with only three legs he loved to play and jump and swim. You have taken away a family member of ours and the heartache my kids have experienced bc of this is gut wrenching. I know to you he was just a dog, but to us he was so much more. I pray that you never have to suffer the lose of a beloved pet at the hands of a cruel and evil act as this.
