I cant believe that I just finished my final yoga teacher training weekend. Im not even sure how to talk about the experience yet (but I feel a blog post in my future -- ha!). I did have ideas, coming into this training about the type of transformation I would undergo (mostly that I would develop the most badass practice ever -- and... that everything in my life would somehow magically be fixed, ha.) -- and its been a very different type of journey. One that I havent fully grasped yet but am so incredibly grateful for. Thank you to Charm City Yoga -- for... well... everything. Thank you to Kim Manfredi , Camille Moses-Allen, and Allison Korycki for being such incredible teachers/mentors/feedback-ers (and thank you to all the other teachers who made special workshop appearances!) . You really genuinely had a powerful impact on me. And thank you to those in this training that taught me, whether you realized it or not, that it is crazy beautiful to verbalize/express joy -- I probably wouldnt have written this public post 9-to-10 months ago but am glad I feel comfortable enough with the gush to do so now. Just, seriously, thank you most sincerely to my fellow trainee peers -- this training -- and you have meant so much to me. You have been the most incredible teachers. Thank you.
