I cant believe that its been a whole entire year since I lost the most important man in my life. I swear it was just yesterday that I was in Poland getting ready to fly back home and you hugged me and kissed my forehead like you did every year and I didnt think that it was the last time that I would ever see you. For most people a grandfather is the one who tells you stories takes you fishing and spoils you. For me my grandpa was that and so much more. Since the day I was born youve been there for me. You were my father for the first 8 years of my life and the most important figure in my life. You taught me how to walk, how to talk and helped me to grow into the woman that I am today and I wouldnt be here and wouldnt be that person without you. I miss you so much that it literally breaks my heart writing this and I still cant believe youre gone. I want to thank you for all the life lessons, all the smiles and laughs and for everything that you have done for me. I know that youre watching over me, as my guardian angel and I hope that youre proud because everything that I do and every decision that I make is because of you. I love you to the moon and back Grandpa and miss you every day. Rest easy beautiful soul I cant wait to see you again ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Heres a simple but VERY important life lesson : call your grandparents right now call your parents call anyone whos important to you and tell them you love them. Take 2 minutes out of your day , 2 minutes that you could spend on Instagram or watching Netflix and tell them you love them and how important they are to you because you never know if its the last time that you do.
