I cant lie....I am REALLY looking forward to rolling out this weeks features tomorrow. A little fun, a fair bit of seafood and a whole lot of delicious await those of you kind enough to join us tommorow as we roll out this weeks features!! Starting tomorrow: Pan seared jumbo Sea Scallops, served on a sweet roasted corn and tomato succotash and finished with a fresh summer herb salad Buffalo chicken “Fry”der’s. Waffle cut golden crisp French fries are acting as the buns for tender moist panko crusted chicken fillets tossed in hot sauce and served on lettuce and tomato. Finished with a drizzle of the Bedford’s own house made ranch Cornmeal Crusted Catfish served over collard greens in a creole vinaigrette and topped with a peach and onion relish A Pan blackened 8 oz Canadian Angus Ribeye steak served over the Academy’s famous potato salad, topped with a butter poached lobster tail. Drizzled with a Vanilla Sabayon. Red wine poached, sugar grilled Ontario pear served with a vanilla gelato and a chili chocolate bite Hope you join un tomorrow for fun, sun and some delicious treats!! Doug
