I cant seem to figure out why my arms are a little bit sore today. This is all I did at the gym yesterday. 8 sets each exercise!!! Monday-Arms 🔹Close grip bench 20-15-12-10@95lbs 8-6-6-6@105lbs 🔹Bar cable curl 20@90lbs 15@100lbs 12-10-8-6-6-6@110lbs 🔹Cable push-down 20@100lbs 15@110lbs 12@120lbs 10@130lbs 8@140lbs 6-6@150lbs 6@160lbs 🔹Hammer curl DB 20-15-12-10@30lbs 8-6-6-6@40lbs 30 burpees 100 high knees 500 jump ropes 8 sets straight not in a superset with only 20 second breaks will give you the pump of a lifetime!
