I cant think of anything to comment so Im just going to post a Blueberry pancake recipe. I bought a slab of Pork belly, thats where bacon is cut from, so get that frying first, then reduce the heat and add some scallops On to the recipe: Ingredients: 1 1/4 all-purpose flour 1 1/4 teaspoons sugar 1 tablespoon baking soda 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 egg 1 cup milk 1 TBSP oil 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed, if youve got fresh blueberries, thats even better 1) Large bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar. 2) Small bowl mix egg, oil and milk Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot. real Canadian Maple syrup of course
