I cant turn my brain off. The shift supervisor meeting really didnt go as planned. I felt like I was attacked and accused of not doing my job in a timely manner. Those of you who know me know better. The things that needed directly addressed were vaguely approached. When I have to do the earlier shifts side work because it was too busy for them to do it and still get all of mine done on time whether its too busy of not really doesnt work. Here is your allotted amount of time for your tasks...when you put them onto the next shift they have to work twice as hard to get yours and theirs done in their allotted amount of time. Ive never been so mad! WTF!
