I changed my cover in honor of the great company I represent Life Support Medical and their awesome product, the Electronic Caregiver. This past week I spent four days with the mobile lab crew and became part of the big picture. In a short time we managed to serve 92 seniors giving them support and instruction. They received reports as to why they fall , steps (pun intended) to improve their walk and hope in their future without suffering on the floor for hours, waiting for help to arrive. The Center for Disease Control reports 1 senior in three age 65 will fall and without help immediately suffer severe bodily trauma. The average length of time a senior is down is 18 hours. Some up to 36 hours others less. Our company has provided education, a wonderful product and hours of research with doctors and NMSU to develop this testing lab to identify need and provide a solution. The lab is coming back to the greater Phoenix area February 2014, I cant wait. Thanks Toby Cohantz, Tony Hart, Chris Mitchell, and James Coats for sharing your smiles and expertise in Arizona.
