I come to you tonight, our faithful friends, in need of a whole lot of prayer for my sweet Fisher. I dont even know where to begin really. Hes very, very sick. I didnt fully understand last night when I updated that some things had taken a turn for the worse. First of all, while his heart is strong, it is still very sick. His kidneys are in failure. His right lung is collapsed. There have been so many times before when we couldnt see a path and God has been faithful in providing one. I pray that God will shine His light on this way right now because it feels so very dark. For those who pray with very specific intentions, we need to get Fishers central venous pressure down. To safely remove more fluid without further sacrificing his kidneys. For improved lung function and reduction of mucous secretions. Those are all pretty key, but most importantly be vigilant in your prayers that God would work yet another miracle in Fishers little body. We need to get him off ECMO just as soon as we possibly can. We need to be able to close his sternum before infection sets in. This is all a healing that only the Ultimate Healer can provide for Fisher.
