I continue to have good days. Did my usual walking this morning. Praise God I am not having much pain in my knee. I am reenergized. I pray for the people who caused me so much pain. I know forgiveness will free me. They no longer have the power to hurt me. I am as strong as I have always been. I just lost my way for a little while. As TD Jakes said: Forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself. Amen.
