I could make a joke about this but ill be a lady and just say COX messed up. i just got them yesterday and the guy left without checking to see if internet worked. It didnt so i had to call and have them come out again to check on the tv tuner. I got the internet running last night by getting under the desk and realizing that he forgot to plug in a line to the modum anyhow now they sent someone else out (a contractor of course) who doesnt know how to hook up the tv tuner and the internet so that i can watch both at the same time on my big screen in my office like i have done both times with Cox and U-verse. They are not only not going to charge me for installation they are going to adjust my bill. I have to be home for three hours or rush home to meet them two days in a row and then cant watch tv tonight at my desk or last night. Im just stressed cause i have alot of negative things happening around me lately and i need a massage for sure
