I decided at the eleventh hour to cancel my US trip altogether. There is just so much that needs to be done on the ground which would need my attention. My entire day was spent just answering calls and text messages asking for help and my leaving the country, even for a few days only, will make some of them feel all the more helpless. The sad thing is I have inconvenienced some people who have anticipated my coming over. Heres hoping that everyone will understand. So, my phone and email inbox now is overflowing with flight cancellations and Glenda-related stuff. Tomorrow, instead of boarding my plane to LAX, I will be boarding the bus to Naga.
